Police are looking for a man after a teenager was robbed on a “bus full of people” and told by one of the suspects that they had a knife.
On March 10, the 17-year-old victim boarded the 194 bus on Addiscombe Road in Croydon at 1.45pm.
Three men got on the bus at the same time and followed him to the back.
They then surrounded him and demanded that he gave them his phone and jacket, with one of the suspects claiming to have a knife.
Once the victim handed over his items, the trio got off the bus.
The group are described by police as black, between the ages of 16 and 20, and all wore dark clothing.
Officers have now released this CCTV image of one of the suspects and asks anyone who recognises him or has further information to contact them quoting crime reference number CAD 3780/10MAR22.
Police have reminded people to call 999 immediately if they witness a robbery happening or have just been robbed as the first few hours are key for them to gather evidence.
It gives them the best chance of identifying those responsible.
