Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has been released on bail after being arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
A spokesman for the Met said the 24-year-old, a former student of the Brit School in Croydon, was arrested yesterday in connection with a video of the star passed to the force in January.
That month The Sun newspaper published photos of the Grammy award winner allegedly showing her smoking crack cocaine.
The arrest follows an incident in April when the star spent a night in a cell after slapping a man in Camden, near her home. She was later cautioned for common assault.
