I have completed the geneology of my husband's Lamb family and I am interested in finding any descendants of the following persons, James Erica Whitton Lamb - he married an Alice Bessie Smith in Croydon, his occupation was a coach painter, No 342287.
I am interested in his father, Herbert James Lamb, born 1863 who was an LCC fireman and his wife, Marion, whose last known address in 1921 was 14 Park Avenue, Mitcham.
Herbert James Lamb is related to my husband by being the nephew of his great-grandfather, also called Herbert (1844-1922). Any information would be helpful.
James Erica Whitton Lamb's great grandfather Osborne Lamb (1818-1899) was my husband's great-great-grandfather, who lived in Home Road, Battersea.
Any information would be appreciated on Ernest Lamb, stepfather of Herbert, who lived in Heath Road, Battersea, and mother Harriet Frances Lamb.
Harriet Frances Lamb died in December 1913 aged 74 and her marriage to Ernest was her second marriage as she was first married to Osborne Henry Lamb who died in 1863, natural father of Herbert James the fireman.
Pictures and information are greatly appreciated.
