Pupils at the Heathland School in Hounslow showed off their drama skills during practical examinations.
The lower sixth form performed two plays called Yerma and the House of Bernada Alba by the Spanish playwright Federico Garcia Lorca to an audience of parents, pupils and staff.
It was followed by a play called The Game and an adaptation of Luigi Pirandello's The Rules of the Game Judy Wyndham, head of Drama, said: "I'm thrilled that the students created three enjoyable and imaginative plays. Drama and theatre studies provides students with many opportunities to explore an academic subject in a creative and fun way. I wish them every success with their summer results."
