A fourth person has been arrested and charged after Kacey Boothe was fatally shot in Walthamstow earlier this year.
Kadeem Brightly-Barnes, 30, of Cottons Approach in Romford, was arrested yesterday (October 19) by detectives investigating the death of Mr Boothe.
Brightly-Barnes was later charged with murder, and will appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court today (October 20).
Mr Boothe was found injured after police were called to Forest Rise on August 13 to reports of gunshots.
By the time officers arrived, Mr Boothe had already been taken to hospital in a private vehicle, where he died.
A post mortem confirmed he died from neck and chest gunshot wounds.
Detectives from the Met's specialist crime command said they are supporting Mr Boothe's family.
Three other people have also been charged as part of the investigation.
Ka-Amni Brightly-Donaldson, 22, of High Street in Enfield, was arrested on October 12.
He was charged with conspiracy to murder, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.
Brightly-Donaldson appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on October 13 and was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on November 10.
On October 13 police also arrested Jeffrey Gyimah, 20, of Queensbridge Road in Hackney.
He was then charged on October 14 with murder and unlawful possession of firearm and ammunition.
He appeared at the Old Bailey on October 18, where he was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on January 13, 2023.
Kammar Henry-Richards, 24, of Cambrian Road, Waltham Forest, was the third man arrested, on October 16.
He was charged with murder on October 17, and appeared at the Old Bailey on October 18, where he was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on January 13 as well.
