A Wetherspoons pub in Croydon has found a new buyer after closing a year ago.
The Milan Bar, in Croydon High Street, shut its doors after 20 years of trading on February 14, 2022.
Although the Croydon pub is currently under offer, other proposals are still welcome, according to the JW Disposals website.
The Bankers Draft, in Eltham, and the Capitol in Forest Hill are another two south London Wetherspoons that have also found a new buyer.
The pair will continue to trade as normal but will permanently close if the deals go through.
