London is positively thronging with restaurants to eat at, including 78 Michelin star restaurants – with three of them in south London.
Alex Martin, editor of Elite Traveller, said: "London remains, as ever, the center of the UK’s fine-dining industry.
“It accounts for 74 of the UK and Ireland’s 188 starred restaurants, including five three-star restaurants and 12 two-star restaurants."
From a gastropub in Richmond to a restaurant with a seasonally changing menu in Clapham – these are the three Michelin star restaurants in south east London to try.
Chez Bruce - 1 star
Located in Wandsworth, Chez Bruce offers a mix of dishes based around classical and regional French as well as Mediterranean cuisine.
The menu is a collaborative effort between head chef Matt Christmas and Bruce Pole who have worked together over the course of ten years.
The menu ranges from home-made charcuterie to classic desserts, as well as bread freshly baked in house.

Dysart Petersham - 1 star
Located in Richmond, Dysart Petersham is one of the branches owned by the Petersham chain.
This high-end gastropub with its rustic charm serves a menu with botanical touches with options like roast duck leg with fennel purée or Yorkshire rhubarb, medlar sorbet with pecan nut tuile.
Guests can also choose to opt for a nine-curse tasting menu experience, which is also available for vegetarians.

If you’re looking to try something new, look no further than Trinity in Clapham Old Town, with its frequently changing seasonal menu.
First opened in 2006 by award-winning chef Adam Byatt, the restaurant aims to provide a unique dining experience to guests, with a curated menu that frequently changes.
