We all know the struggles of trying to make a GP appointment in 2023, and new data has been released on how satisfied customers are with making appointments at their Croydon GPs.

The GP Patient Survey for NHS England is an independent survey allowing patients to score their GP practice on several factors, from ease in making an appointment to the level of care they receive.

This year 70,000 responses were received - with 34,500 patients taking part online.

The GP surgery where customers have the lowest satisfaction rate when it comes to making an appointment is Friends Road Medical Practice with a 42.34 per cent satisfaction rate.

Following this one is St James Medical Centre with a 43.10 per cent satisfaction rate and East Croydon Medical Centre with 47.97 per cent.

At the other end of the scale, Selsdon Park Medical Practice has the highest satisfaction rate, with 86.30 per cent.

Closely following Grove Road is Farley Road Medical Practice with 83.01 per cent and Headley Drive Surgery with 74.57 per cent
