A man has been taken to hospital after an incident at Tulse Hill station during the early hours of this morning.
Police were called to the station at 5.20am on September 21 after reports of an assault.
When officers arrived and investigated, they found that no assault had taken place.
Paramedics were also sent to the station.
The man was taken to hospital where his injuries were determined to not be life changing or threatening.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: "Officers were called to Tulse Hill station at 5.20am today (21 September) to reports of an assault.
“Officers attended alongside paramedics.
“The incident was investigated however it was determined no assault had taken place. A man was taken to hospital and his injuries are not thought to be life changing or life threatening."
