A woman has been sexually assaulted during the early hours of Saturday morning in Mitcham.
The victim reported to police that she had faced a serious sexual assault by a man in Church Road at around 5.30am on November 11.
She is being supported by specialist officers.
There has been no arrest at this stage and the investigation is ongoing.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “An investigation is underway after a woman contacted police to report she had been subjected to a serious sexual assault by a man in Church Road, Mitcham at approximately 05:30hrs on Saturday, 11 November.
“The woman is being supported by specially trained officers.
“There has been no arrest and enquiries continue.
“Anyone with information that could assist police is asked to call 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote CAD1291/11Nov.
“You can also provide information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
