A man has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after a car crashed into a wall in Battersea.
Police were called to Lavender Hill just after 3am this morning (Tuesday, November 28) to reports of a car crashing into a wall.
London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service were also at the scene.
An 18-year-old was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and was also taken to hospital.
His injuries have been confirmed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “At 03:17hrs on Tuesday 28 November police were called to Lavender Hill, SW11 after it was reported that a car had collided with a wall.
“Officers arrived on scene alongside the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade.
“An 18 year-old man was arrested for drunk driving, he was also taken to a local hospital where his injuries were confirmed to be non-life threatening/changing.”
