Several people have been treated for injuries and road closures are in place following a crash in Croydon.
Today (January 10) at around 6:21am police and ambulance crews were called to the scene of the crash in Tamworth Road.
Several people were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The Metropolitan Police has confirmed that no arrests have been made and road closures and safety cordons remain in place whilst the highway is closed.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 06:21hrs on Wednesday, 10 January to reports of a collision at Tamworth Road, Croydon.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended. At the scene a number of people were treated for minor injuries.
“There were no arrests.
“Road closures and safety cordons remain in place while the highway is cleared.”
