Loughborough Junction station is closed along with Coldharbour Lane road after four individuals were injured during a shooting and stabbing in Brixton.
During the incident at around 5am this morning (January 14), a woman and a man were shot, another man was stabbed, and a fourth was assaulted.
In response to the incident, the authorities closed the station and the road.
A2217 Coldharbour Lane in both directions is shut between B222 Hinton Road and Eastlake Road.
There's a detour in operation for bus routes 35, 45, 345 and P4.
A spokesperson for National Rail said: "We have been advised of an incident at Loughborough Junction requiring the station to be shut.
"At present, no trains are able to call at this station, and will be the case until further notice."
Trains running on this route will be revised and disruption is expected to persist throughout the day.
Thameslink also announced that no services will run to or from Loughborough Junction.
If want to travel to Loughborough Junction, you will need to travel via an alternative mode of transport.
The company has arranged for ticket acceptance, allowing passengers to board London buses between Herne Hill and Elephant & Castle at no additional cost.
Police responded to calls of a shooting around 5am and found a woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
She was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.
The three men made their own way to medical facilities and self-presented.
Metropolitan Police do not believe any of the sustained injuries are life threatening but are “awaiting update on their conditions”.
No arrests have been made at this stage.

"Police were called just after 5am on Sunday, January 14, to reports of a fight and shots fired in Coldharbour Lane, SW9.
"Officers attended and found a woman suffering gunshot injuries. She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
“Three other men self-presented at hospital, one with gunshot injuries, one who had been stabbed and one assaulted.
"We await an update on their condition; at this very early stage we do not believe any of the injuries are life-threatening.
"There has been no arrest. Any witnesses yet to speak with police and anyone with information is asked to call 101 ref 1167/14jan or to remain anonymous contact Crimestoppers."
