Police are urgently searching for a man missing from Richmond and urge people not to approach him.
Marvin, 32, has been missing since January 10.
His family is worried for his welfare due to his mental health and medical conditions.
Police believe that he may be in the Oxford Street or Baker Street areas.
He was last seen wearing a dark navy coat, a navy blue cap, black jogging bottoms, black trainers with red flash and a black rucksack.
