A man has died after being found injured in Streatham.
The incident happened in Babington Road shortly after 1pm today (March 2).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
His family has been informed.
The man’s death is being treated as unexpected and is under investigation.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly after 13:00hrs on Saturday, 2 March to reports of a man found injured on Babington Road, SW16.
“Officers and London's Air Ambulance Service attended. Despite the efforts of medical staff, the man died at the scene. His family has been informed.
“The death is currently being treated as unexpected and is under investigation.
“There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.”
