A second teenager has been charged after two women were injured in a moped shooting in Clapham.
Brolyn Dangi, 18, of Unwin Road in Hounslow, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on March 13, charged with aggravated vehicle taking and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life or enabling another to do so.
Previously police arrested Keymarni King, 18, of Cromer Road, SW17, and he was charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life or enabling another to do so; aggravated vehicle taking and injury caused by an accident; and two counts of wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.
He appeared before Bromley Magistrates’ Court on March 6.
Officers had been chasing a moped after it failed to stop in the Clapham area just before 5pm on March 1.
The force said that a firearm, believed to be a shotgun, was dropped, and discharged as it hit the ground in Clapham Common South Side.
Two people suffered shotgun pellet injuries, while a third was injured by the moped.
They have since been released from hospital where their injuries were assessed as non-life threatening.
Dangi and King have been remanded in custody to next appear at Inner London Crown Court on April 3.
