There's plenty of magic at Croydon’s Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centre as it is set to transform into an Easter delight.
From Monday, April 1, to Friday, April 5, the shopping centre will be offering an array of activities and experiences for families this Easter break.
From a silent disco with an Easter bunny DJ to a free climbing wall, there’s a huge range of fun Easter activities for families and visitors of the Whitgift Centre and Centrale in Croydon to enjoy.
Below are the activities that Hip Hoppin Easter are bringing to the shopping centre:
Free Hip Hop Silent Disco
Visitors can enjoy free hip hop silent disco, surrounded by street art by artist and Croydon’s own Alec Saunders.
Dancers are invited to skate against this backdrop, opposite the House of Fraser in Centrale.
Bunny, the Easter-theme Hip Hop DJ, will be providing the music.
All ages are welcome to join in the fun, with Easter Egg prizes awaiting the most impressive dancers.
Bungee Trampolines
Visitors can take a bounce on the Bungee Trampolines in the Whitgift, just opposite Superdry.
Hop on for a memorable experience where you can effortlessly jump and somersault, all while securely harnessed.
Free Climbing Wall
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned climber, challenge yourself to new heights on the climbing wall.
The interactive climbing wall is in the Whitgift, just opposite River Island, completely free of charge.
Fish 4 Chicks
Fish 4 Chicks brings an exciting Easter twist to the classic fun fair game, Hook a Duck.
Located opposite Sports Direct, this delightful game offers everyone a chance to be a winner even if you don’t hook a chick.
Hip Hoppin Easter is partnering with Stanley Arts, one of south London’s premiere arts and performance venues, further making Croydon the London Borough of Culture.
Visitors can donate to Stanley Arts by scanning the QR codes next to each activity area.
