A free minibus service will return to Richmond Park from Friday.
The free transport service is set to launch on March 29, 2024, and will allow all visitors to explore the royal park.
The service will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9.25am to 4.20pm pm.
The minibus, which is equipped with disabled access features, will travel between key points within and around Richmond Park.
Starting its journey from the barrier in Danebury Avenue on the Roehampton Estate, the minibus will make stops at Ladderstile Gate, Richmond Gate, Pembroke Lodge, and Isabella Plantation.
The service extends its reach to Ham, Ashburnham Road (371 bus stop), Ham Gate Avenue (near the 65 bus stop), and introducing a new stop this year at Mortlake Station (969 stop) outside the Community Centre.
The minibus is equipped with ramps and steps to make easy boarding for all passengers.
Those requiring wheelchair access are encouraged to reach out to jmeays@royalparks.org.uk for assistance prior to their journey.
This initiative is funded by private donations to the Royal Parks and hopes to ensure that everyone can experience Richmond Park.
