A brand new Five Guys burger place is set to open its doors to the public for the first time tomorrow.
On Monday, May 6, the new store will open in Croydon Valley Retail and Leisure Park and will sit amongst an array of shops, restaurants, and bars.
John Eckbert, CEO of Five Guys UK said: "We're delighted to be bringing our famous burgers and fries to Croydon Valley Leisure Park. We can't wait to welcome shoppers and local residents to our new restaurant in May."
Five Guys offers 15 free toppings to choose from and customers have the freedom to create over 250,000 possible burger combinations.
The restaurant is also known for its generously portioned salted or Cajun fries and its thick milkshakes featuring flavours like Oreo, fresh strawberries, and even bacon.
The grand opening of the Croydon Valley Leisure Park restaurant follows the recent launch of two new limited-edition milkshake flavours: Mango and Raspberry.
Five Guys was founded by the Murrell family in 1986 in Virginia.
It expanded to the UK in 2013, with its first location in Covent Garden opening on July 4.
The chain emphasizes using fresh ingredients, with customers able to check the notice board to see which local farm the potatoes come from.
Burgers are grilled to order, and fries are hand-cut every morning and cooked in peanut oil for a distinct flavour.
