A man was arrested and then de-arrested after reports of aggression towards Tesco Express staff members in Epsom.
On May 31, a man was arrested after allegedly attempting to shoplift from the Tesco Express next to Epsom station at 6.05pm.
A man was allegedly verbally and physically aggressive towards staff members.
He was apparently arrested by British Transport Police before being given a notice to leave the area.
Once the notice was issued, the man was de-arrested.
Tesco Express reportedly did not want to investigate the matter further, so the investigation has been closed.
