A father-to-be from Sutton has won £10,000 in an online competition.
Padeshah Olfat, currently unemployed, was stunned to discover he had won a £10,000 cash prize from online competition specialist BOTB.
Christian Williams of BOTB arrived at Mr Olfat's South London home, initially mistaken for a delivery driver, to tell the father-to-be the news.
The 30-year-old, a former car salesman, said: "For someone who isn't working at the moment, this is fantastic and the timing of it is perfect.
"My partner told me to wait in for a delivery, but I didn’t know what she had ordered.
"It ended up being a very good delivery.
"I watch the videos of other people winning and thought I would give it a go.
"I never really expected to win though."
Mr Olfat, who is expecting his second son later this month, plans to use the money for his growing family.
Christian said: "Winning this fantastic cash prize while you're looking for a job and have a second child on the way, we couldn’t be more pleased for Padeshah.
"It has certainly come at a good time and I’m sure it’s going to come in handy for him and his family."
The BOTB, established by William Hindmarch in 1999, has so far awarded £67m-worth of cars, alongside its lifestyle prizes.
