The GP Patient Survey has revealed the ratings for how helpful receptionists were at doctor’s surgeries in Croydon this year.
Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.
The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person, and how helpful the receptionists are.
We’ve searched through the results of the GP surgeries in Croydon to find the best and worst-rated surgeries regarding their experiences with receptionists.
The top surgeries were Farley Road Medical Practice with 97.8 per cent, closely followed by Old Coulsdon Medical Practice with 97.4 per cent and Ashburton Park Medical Centre with 97.3 per cent.
The surgeries where customers found receptionists to be less helpful were Greenside Group Practice with 62.4 per cent, Parchmore Medical Centre with 67.1 per cent and Whitehorse Practice with 69 per cent.
