A 22-year-old man is fighting for his life in hospital after a stabbing in Croydon.
The incident happened in Heathfield Road at around 7.15pm on July 27.
Police and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at approximately 7.15pm on Saturday, July 27 to reports of a stabbing on Heathfield Road, Croydon.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a 22-year-old man suffering injuries; he was taken to hospital where his injuries are described as life-threatening.
"No arrests have been made at present. Enquiries into the circumstances continue.
“Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote CAD 6360/27JUL24.
“You can also provide information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
