An M&S convenience store in Surbiton has reopened after undergoing a renovation.
M&S on Victoria Road reopened today (August 2) after being closed for transformation at the end of May.
Opening at 8am, Store Manager Pedro Magalhaes, was joined by his team to cut the ribbon and officially declare the revamped store open.
The 2,500sq ft convenience food hall has undergone a complete makeover.
It now offers customers a wide range of M&S Food favourites, including fruit and vegetables sourced from the retailer’s Select Farm partners, Food on the Move sandwiches and salads, and a new in-store bakery serving a selection of bread and pastries.
Customers can also find M&S’ Dine In, as well as Deli options and Click & Collect, allowing customers to easily collect their online M&S orders.
Sliding fridge doors have also been installed at the store.
Store Manager Pedro Magalhaes oversees a team of 23 colleagues and said of the re-opening: “It’s fantastic to reopen our doors to customers today and I can’t wait to see what our regular customers think of how the store looks now.
“It really has transformed the shopping experience and thanks to everyone for their patience while the work has been underway.
“Now we’re just excited to get going, keep showcasing all of the brilliant products we have on offer in-store and welcome regular and new customers alike.”
