A suspect has been arrested after police found class A drugs in Croydon.
Police pursued a suspect who was fleeing from them in London Road.
It is alleged that the suspect then tripped and dropped “multiple small packages” on the ground.
The individual arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs was taken into custody and an investigation is ongoing.
Croydon MPS said: “Officers pursued a suspect who ran from them on London Road, Croydon.
“The suspect tripped and split multiple small packages on the floor.
“Suspect was arrested for possession of Class A drugs, and taken to Croydon Custody where the investigation is still ongoing.”
