The GP Patient Survey has revealed the ratings for how helpful receptionists were at doctor’s surgeries in Sutton this year.
Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.
The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person, and how helpful the receptionists are.
The top surgeries in Sutton were Wrythe Green Surgery and Grove Road Practice, both of which had 98.4 per cent, closely followed by Hackbridge Medical Centre with 97.1 per cent and Sutton Medical Practice with 94.5 per cent.
The surgeries where patients found receptionists to be less helpful were Faccini House Surgery with 66.9 per cent, James O’Riordan Medical Centre with 67.3 per cent, and Shotfield Medical Practice with 73.8 per cent.
