The GP Patient Survey has revealed the ratings for how easy it is to contact surgeries in Sutton this year.
Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.
The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person, and how helpful the receptionists are.
We’ve searched through the results of the GP surgeries in Sutton to find the best and worst-rated surgeries regarding their experiences with contacting the Sutton GPs by phone.
The top surgery was Sutton Medical Centre which had 85.5 per cent, closely followed by Grove Road Practice with 84.8 per cent, and Wrythe Green Surgery with 84.6 per cent.
The surgeries where patients found getting in contact by phone were Cheam GP Centre with just 24 per cent, Circle GP Surgery with 27.1 per cent, and Groves Medical Centre with 31.9 per cent.
