Some South Western trains will be cancelled, diverted or replaced by buses this weekend due to maintenance work.

The work will affect trains on Saturday (September 7) and Sunday (September 8).

Berrylands station will be closed all weekend.

We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this week.

 

Saturday (September 7):

London Waterloo to Weymouth services will be revised.

London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Eastleigh services will start from Basingstoke.

London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Guildford services will be revised with some services starting from Woking.

London Waterloo to Exeter St Davids services will be revised.

London Waterloo to Salisbury stopping services will start from Basingstoke.

London Waterloo to Alton services will start from Woking.

London Waterloo to Basingstoke stopping services will start from Woking.

London Waterloo to Chessington South services will not run.

London Waterloo to Dorking services will not run.

London Waterloo to Guildford via Epsom services will start from Epsom.

London Waterloo to Shepperton services will be revised and will be diverted between Clapham Junction and Kingston via Richmond.

London Waterloo to London Waterloo via Wimbledon and Kingston services will not run.

London Waterloo to Hampton Court services will start from Surbiton and will run hourly.

London Waterloo to Guildford via Cobham services will start from Surbiton.

London Waterloo to Woking stopping services will start from Surbiton.

London Waterloo to Reading services will be revised.

London Waterloo to Windsor services will be revised.

London Waterloo to Weybridge via Staines services will be revised.

 

Replacement buses:

Replacement buses will run between the following stations:

Clapham Junction and Chessington South via Wimbledon.

Clapham Junction and Epsom via Wimbledon.

Clapham Junction and Surbiton via Wimbledon.

Clapham Junction and Surbiton via Kingston

Clapham Junction and Surbiton (non-stop).

 

Sunday (September 8):

London Waterloo to Weymouth services will be revised.

London Waterloo to Poole/Portsmouth via Eastleigh services will be revised all day and will call additionally at Farnborough.

These services will be divided at Eastleigh all day.

London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Guildford services will be revised with some services starting from Woking.

London Waterloo to Exeter St Davids services will be revised with some services starting from Basingstoke.

London Waterloo to Alton services will start from Woking and will run hourly.

Stopping services between London Waterloo and Basingstoke will now start from Woking and run hourly.

London Waterloo to Chessington South services will not run.

London Waterloo to Dorking services will not run.

Services between London Waterloo and Guildford via Epsom will now start from Epsom.

London Waterloo to Shepperton services will be revised and will be diverted between Clapham Junction and Kingston via Richmond.

London Waterloo to London Waterloo via Wimbledon and Kingston services will not run.

The afternoon and evening London Waterloo to Kingston via Hounslow services will not run.

London Waterloo to Hampton Court services will not run.

Services from London Waterloo or Wimbledon to Guildford via Cobham will start from Epsom.

London Waterloo to Guildford via Woking stopping services will not run.

Clapham Junction and Surbiton (non-stop).

Clapham Junction and Surbiton via Kingston.

Clapham Junction and Hampton Court via Surbiton.

Clapham Junction and Effingham Junction via Surbiton.

Clapham Junction and Weybridge via Surbiton.

Weybridge and Addlestone.

South Western Railway advises all passengers to check if they are planning to travel after 10pm or before 5.30pm as buses may replace trains at short notice.
