A pub in Sutton has reopened its doors undergoing an extensive three-week refurbishment.
The California opened earlier this week and now boasts a brighter, more contemporary aesthetic.
The makeover has seen the pub undergo a complete transformation.
There is now a refreshed bar and new soft furnishings.
There’s also an expanded dining space some of the new changes that have been made to provide guests with a relaxed and warm environment to enjoy their visit.
Guests can sit outside to enjoy the autumn breeze.
If the rain starts chucking, guests can still sit outside in the outdoor sheds with a roof to stop them from getting drenched.

The pub also has a curry night on Fridays from 5pm where guests can enjoy two courses for £14.29 or two Curry Night starters or sides from £5.99.
The pub has also updated its menu to include a wide range of new, delicious dishes, including Chicken Schnitzel, Rainbow Lasagne, Cheese & Bacon Burger and steaks.
There is also a fixed-price Sunday lunch menu with up to three courses available, including the classic pub roast, with guests able to add a three-bundle of Cauliflower Cheese, Stuffing wrapped in Bacon and Yorkshire Puddings for only £6.49.
California also hosts a psychic night on the second Monday of every month at 6pm as well as bingo every second Wednesday and last Wednesday of the month at 6pm.
The pub also hosts a popular quiz on the second and last Thursday of every month from 6pm.
Dogs are also welcome at The California as the whole pub is dog-friendly, along with water and treats available on request to ensure they are as comfortable as their owners.
Izabela Baczyk, General Manager at The California said: “We’re thrilled to welcome guests, both familiar faces and new friends, to experience our pub’s new look, whilst keeping the cosy feel of the California we all know and love.”
