A man has been chased by “up to 12 men, some with weapons” in Epsom Downs.
Police are asking for witnesses after officers were called to the Tea Shack at 11.08am on Sunday, September 15, after hearing about a fight in the area.
When police arrived, they couldn't find anyone involved.
It’s believed a man was chased by up to 12 others, some of whom may have had weapons.
All of them are thought to have left in cars.
Police are now trying to find the people involved, including the man who was chased.
They are also asking anyone who was in the area between 11am and 11.15am and may have camera footage to help.

A spokesperson for Epsom and Ewell police said: “We are appealing for witnesses following reports of violent disorder on Epsom Downs.
“Officers were called to the Tea Shack on Epsom Downs at 11.08am this morning (Sunday, 15 September) following multiple reports of an altercation in the surrounding area.
“Officers attended the scene but were unable to locate any of the parties involved.
“We are looking to identify the persons involved in this incident, including the male victim, who is alleged to have been chased by up to 12 men, some armed with weapons.
“They are all thought to have left the scene in vehicles.
“An investigation is underway. If you were involved in this incident or know who was, we want to hear from you.
“We are also looking to speak to anyone who might have been passing through the area between 11am and 11.15am this morning and might have CCTV, dash cam or helmet footage.
