In the last year, 19 properties were sold on this street at an average price of £218,684.
Scarbrook Road at CR0 1LY ranked second, with 18 properties sold at an average price of £301,247.
Masons Avenue at CR0 9WX came third.
On this street, seven properties sold at an average price of £254,000.
Moreton Road at CR2 7DL was the fourth most popular Croydon street to buy a home.

Boulogne Road’s average price was £330,000 and Middlefields’ average price was £347,500.
Oakfield Road had an average price of £287,500.
