A busy south London road has been closed due to a bomb threat in the area.
Rosedene Road in Morden was closed in both directions as emergency services rushed to tackle the threat.
Buses 80, 93 and 155 were placed on diversion as the incident was dealt with.
However, police have now confirmed that this threat was a hoax and emergency services stood down.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “It was a report of a bomb hoax at a building but turned out to be a hoax and all stood down.”
London Ambulance Service attended the scene but stood down upon discovering that no patients needed medical attention.
