Hawkins Forge, a historic pub in Battersea, has reopened following a two-and-a-half-week refurbishment, unveiling a fresh new look while keeping its traditional charm.
The revamp includes both interior and exterior updates, with the addition of a new garden seating area and an Arrowsmiths Digital Darts game inside.
The pub now boasts upgraded TVs for showing live sports and will continue to host free live music every Friday and Saturday, with an updated music line-up to enhance its already lively atmosphere.
Known for its fresh pizzas and vibrant vibe, Hawkins Forge’s menu now offers pub classics such as fish and chips, steak burgers, Sunday roasts, and an expanded selection of pizzas.
Guests can pair their meals with drinks from an extensive craft beer, cider, and cocktail menu.
General manager Alex Nandris expressed his excitement about the pub’s transformation: "We’re delighted to bring the new and improved Hawkins Forge to our community, with fantastic events throughout the year sponsored by top breweries and high-energy weekends.
“The new space offers something for everyone, combining everything so perfectly. We can’t wait to welcome you."
The refurbishment has also created new jobs in the area, and the Hawkins Forge team is eager to serve the local community.
