A woman was sexually assaulted in Epsom after a vehicle pulled up next to her and a man wearing a balaclava pulled at her dress.

The incident happened on Hogsmill Way at around 3pm on Tuesday, October 1.

The woman was walking along the road when a black 4x4 stopped beside her.

The driver reportedly made an inappropriate remark before one of the passengers got out and pulled at her dress.

The incident was allegedly recorded by the people in the car.

The group then drove off, with two men and a woman inside the vehicle.

The victim, although not physically hurt, was left shaken by what happened.

The driver is described as a White man with scruffy, neck-length black hair and sunglasses.

The passenger who assaulted the woman is described as a white man with bushy eyebrows, wearing a balaclava and a black fleece.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information that could help with the investigation.
