Some Southern trains running through Croydon will be cancelled, diverted or replaced by buses this week due to planned engineering work.

The work will affect trains from October 21 through to October 25.

We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this week.

October 22 to October 25 (Tuesday to Friday):

Engineering work is taking place between Peckham Rye and Streatham Common or West Norwood, closing some lines in the Croydon area.

Lines will close overnight from early Tuesday morning to Friday morning.

The 12.01am train from London Bridge to Selhurst will run non-stop between Peckham Rye and Tulse Hill.

It will then run three minutes earlier than usual from Tulse Hill and to Streatham.

A replacement bus will run from Peckham Rye and Selhurst, calling at all stations, including Norbury and Thornton Heath.

 

October 21 to October 25 (Monday to Friday):

Engineering work is also taking place between Three Bridges and Brighton, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Between 11.59pm and 5.05am each night, buses will replace trains between Three Bridges and Brighton.

 

October 21 to October 24 (Monday to Thursday):

The 11.25pm train from London Victoria to Brighton will stop at Three Bridges.

A replacement bus will run between Three Bridges and Brighton.
