A popular Danish Japanese sushi restaurant is opening its newest restaurant in Battersea Power Station next month.
Sticks’n’Sushi is set to open on November 30, marking the brand’s 30th store worldwide and the 15th store to open in the UK.
The restaurant has been designed by OEO Studio from Copenhagen and features a playful design drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of the Power Station when it was in use.
The space will feature an open plan dining room, kitchen counter, lounge and bar, and outdoor terrace, symbolising the renowned Japanese concept of ‘Omotenashi’.

This popular restaurant serves a range of sushi dishes along with sashimi, tartare, grilled sticks and generous set menus to suit varied budgets and tastes, for bothrestaurant favourites like Momo Nanban - fried chicken thigh, sweet and sour dashi marinade, Japanese mayonnaise, onion and daikon cress - and Black Cod house roll - miso-marinated black cod with vegetable chips & pickled red onion.

But if you’re looking for something new, the restaurant will also offer a new experience of Temaki Setto, where diners can create their own sushi roll using ingredients like wagyu tartare, kataifi, cress, soya sesame, avocado, sake-tamari marinated trout roe, snow crab, and yuzu.
The new Sticks’n’Sushi will open at Battersea Power Station on the Upper Ground Floor on November 30.
