Some Southern trains running through Croydon will be cancelled, diverted or replaced by buses this weekend due to planned engineering work.
The work will affect trains on November 2 and November 3.
We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this weekend.
Sunday (November 3):
Engineering work is taking place between Oxted and Crowborough or Uckfield, closing all lines, including some in the Croydon area.
All day on Sunday, no train services will run and will be replaced with bus services between Purley and Oxted, East Grinstead, Crowborough or Uckfield.
Trains between London Bridge and East Croydon via Streatham will be diverted to West Croydon via Selhurst
Trains between London Victoria and Reigate will run between Redhill and Reigate only. Y
Sanderstead and Riddlesdown will not be served by buses on Sunday.
If you are travelling to and from Sanderstead you should use services at Purley Oaks, and to or from Riddlesdown you should use services at Purley.
Saturday (November 2):
Engineering work is taking place between Oxted and Uckfield, closing all lines.
All day on Saturday, buses will replace trains between Oxted and Crowborough / Uckfield.
Due to local events, buses will not call at Edenbridge Town or Hever station between 6pm and 10pm.
Instead, buses will pick up at Edenbridge station and Brock Corner bus shelter (Hever) during those times.
A reduced number of trains will run between Oxted and East Croydon or London Bridge.
A change of train at East Croydon will be necessary for travel to and from London Bridge.
Engineering work is also taking place between Crystal Palace and Birkbeck, closing all lines.
All day on Saturday, no Southern trains will operate between Crystal Palace and Birkbeck / Beckenham Junction.
Lastly, engineering work is taking place between Barnham and Havant, closing all lines on Saturday evening.
As a result, the following trains will terminate at Barnham.
The 10.35pm train from London Victoria to Chichester service.
The 11.16pm train from London Victoria to Chichester service.
Replacement buses will run between Barnham and Chichester
