A brand-new café-by-day restaurant-by-night has officially opened its doors in Kingston.
Park Brew and Kitchen (PBK) is now open, and the founders are promising a “vibrant new dining experience for locals and visitors with a fresh and modern interior”.
Husband and wife Josh and Frankie Kearns founded Park Brew and Kitchen, as well as The Park Brewery, also in Kingston.
Located on Park Road, near Richmond Park’s Kingston Gate, PBK promises they bring a fresh and casual dining experience to the area, celebrating “top-quality ingredients and bold flavours”.
By day, PBK serves as a cosy café, offering pastries, coffee, and lunch and weekend brunch options.
By night, it transforms into an eatery with a menu of small plates and sharing platters, designed for social get-togethers.
The drink selection includes organic and biodynamic wines, award-winning Park Brewery beers, and handcrafted cocktails.
Head chef Adam Hicks’ menu already include customer favourites like Cacklebean Scotch Egg with Sriracha Mayo, pork shoulder cassoulet, rib eye steak, Thai fishcakes and a panko mushroom burger.
Desserts include sticky date pudding and apple and blackberry crumble.
Founders Josh and Frankie Kearns said: “PBK is all about great food, good times, and community.
“We wanted to create a unique destination where our customers can enjoy locally sourced quality food and drink, whether they’re dropping in for morning coffee (by local roasters Chimney Fire Coffee), a lunchtime bite, or meeting friends for an evening out.
“Our experience with The Park Brewery has shown us the importance of quality, flavour, and community.
“We wanted to extend that ethos to PBK, offering not just our award-winning beers but also a full dining experience that showcases the same commitment to excellence.”
PBK’s sister company, The Park Brewery, was established in 2014.
The Park Brewery is known for its award-winning beers and the brewery runs events like its popular Beer Fest.
Park Brew and Kitchen is open from 8.30am to 11pm on Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 11pm on Saturday, and 9am to 6pm on Sunday.
