Some Southern trains running through Croydon will be cancelled, diverted or replaced by buses this week due to planned engineering work.
The work will affect trains from November 4 through to November 8.
We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this week.
Monday to Thursday (November 4 to November 7):
Croydon area:
Engineering work is taking place between West Croydon and Epsom Downs, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
After 11pm each night, buses will replace trains between Norwood Junction / Selhurst and West Croydon / Epsom Downs.
Engineering work is also taking place between Purley and Caterham / Tattenham Corner, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
After 10.45pm each night, buses will replace trains between East Croydon / Purley and Caterham / Tattenham Corner.
Monday to Thursday:
Lewes area:
Engineering work is taking place in the Lewes area, closing all lines between Haywards Heath and Lewes, and between Lewes and Seaford / Eastbourne from Monday evening until Friday morning.
After 11pm each night, buses will replace trains between Haywards Heath and Lewes / Seaford / Eastbourne / Hastings.
Trains that usually run direct between Haywards Heath and Lewes will be diverted to run via Brighton instead, extending journey times
Monday to Thursday:
Horsham and Barnham area:
Engineering work is taking place between Horsham and Barnham, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
After 10.15pm each night, buses will replace trains between Horsham and Barnham / Portsmouth & Southsea / Portsmouth Harbour / Chichester / Bognor Regis.
Trains that usually run via Horsham will be diverted to run via Hove, extending journey times.
Passengers should use Thameslink services for travel between Three Bridges and Horsham.
Monday to Thursday:
Engineering work is also taking place between Redhill and Tonbridge, closing all lines.
After 11pm each night, buses will replace trains between Redhill and Tonbridge.
Friday (November 8):
Engineering work is taking place between Redhill and Tonbridge, closing all lines on Friday evening.
As a result, the 10.01pm train from Tonbridge to Redhill and London Victoria service will leave at 9.58pm and will run earlier than usual to Redhill.
After 10.30pm buses will replace trains between Redhill and Tonbridge.
