The 'elite' Indian restaurant loved by Ed Sheeran in London

It's reported by several eyewitnesses that Sheeran is a fan of Gymkhana an Indian restaurant on Albermarle Street.

On their website, Gymkhana shares that it is inspired by the "elite clubs of India where members of high society socialise, eat, drink and play sport."

Set across two floors, the restaurant is split into two looks, with the ground floor offering tones of "jade green and polished dark timber" that are inspired by the mansions of Kolkata and Pondicherry.

The lower ground floor has references to north-Indian "architecture and a vivid colour palette of peach and Kashmiri chill red".

Plus, for some private meals, Gymkhana has 'private vaults' that create the "perfect space for an intimate dinner".

In terms of what Gymkhana serves, they offer a Goan Prawn Curry, Chicken Butter Masala, Methi Malai Mutter Paneer, and Tandoori Broccoli, Chilli & Green Mango Raita to name a few.

The restaurant also has a range of tasting menus with prices ranging from £130 and extra costs including wine paring and the option of fresh black truffle.
