Holly’s dad is a decorator and like most independent traders, he makes a fair amount of his business socialising down his local pub.

Thing is, he doesn’t refer to his mates by their traditional names. He seems to call everyone by their first name and whatever item comes to his head that relates to their profession.

Among his group of drinking buddies, there is:

- Dave the Butcher
- John the Fish
- Mick the Cab

He also has a mate who he just calls Sparky, who I am guessing is either a technician or a piano player.
