ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 46A AS AMENDED BY SECTION 42 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1991 NOTICE OF VARIATION OF ON-STREET PARKING CHARGES AT
CHIPSTEAD VALLEY ROAD, COULSDON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended by Section 42 of the Road Traffic Act, 1991, by this notice of variation, hereby amend the Croydon (On Street Parking Places) (No.1) Traffic Order 1997, as amended, so that the charges at the parking place defined in the Schedule of that Order, is now revised and superseded by the following new tariff structure. The provisions of this Notice will take permanent effect on the 20 July 2009.
