Medal-winning gardener Louise Cummins will open her garden to the public for the first time as part of the Walton-on-Thames Open Gardens Day this month.
Horticultural enthusiasts will get a rare opportunity to discover how she created her garden in Rivermount, Walton, which she says took several years of thinking.
She will also be offering tips and advice to visitors.
Ms Cummins is co-founder of Garden Makers, a garden design practice, along with fellow gardener Caroline De Lane Lea.
In 2007, they won silver medal at the Chelsea Flower Show with their first garden exhibited there.
Ms Cummins said: "We have worked on everything from tiny city courtyards to country estates. We design gardens that are practical and useable but also tranquil and beautiful."
For more information on their practice visit www.garden-makers.co.uk. The Walton-On-Thames Open Gardens Day will take place between 2pm-6pm. Proceeds will go to improving Walton's community garden spaces.
Tickets are £3 and are available from gardens@waltonopengardens.co.uk. To find out more about the day, visit waltonopengardens.co.uk
