A team of keen cyclists took part in a cross-borough bike ride to raise funds for a heart charity.

The Live Weak Team from Sutton, led by Lili Boev, 23, raced along 27,000 other cyclists who tackled Europe’s largest charity cycle event, the 54-mile bike ride from London to Brighton, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The five-strong team managed to raise £600 to help the charity. Last year, the ride raised £4.2 million to help the heart charity fund research into the causes and treatment of heart disease among men, women and children.

The BHF organises a series of bike rides throughout the year.
