Norbury Blue cream cheese, Isle of Wight tomatoes and grass fed lamb will be on sale at the Esher Farmer’s Market this weekend.
Elmbridge Council has promised it will arrange for the market to be held on a regular basis if it is successful.
A similar event in Cobham, organised by the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, on the Leg O’Mutton field has taken off, with stall holders visiting on the third Saturday of every month.
The farmer’s market will take place on Saturday, June 27, from 9.30am to 2.30pm in the staff car park of the Civic Centre, behind Esher library.
