Tips for healthy living straight from the experts will be on the pages of the Surrey Comet and Kingston Guardian every month.
This week sees the launch of a new special feature entitled ‘Healthy Living’ which will appear every month in both the print and online versions of the papers.
The supplement will give readers the chance to keep up on healthy living advice and information provided by both the newly rebranded NHS Kingston (formerly Kingston Primary Care Trust) and Kingston Council.
Dr Jonathan Hildebrand, Kingston's director of public health, has written a column on five key tips to good health in which he challenges the myth that you have to bust a gut in the gym to stay healthy.
The supplement also includes advice on sensible drinking, advice for the 12,500 estimated carers living in Kingston and planning for a potential heatwave this summer.
