A concert with a global edge is set to enchant music lovers later this month.
The performance, by the Colliers Wood Chorus, is titled Home or Away: Songs of Travel. The programme will begin with music from across the world, before switching to British works including Handel and Purcell and traditional folk tunes.
A spokesman for the group said: “Come along to enjoy music from all around the world sung by people who live next door.”
Tickets for the concert on July 18, which is set to take place at Christ Church on Christchurch Road, cost £5 or £2 for concessions. For more information call or text 07588 812078.
