A member of staff was assaulted at Total service station in Selhurst Park on July 4.
The company are offering £2,000 with Crimestoppers for any information leading to the arrest.
The assault took place at 6.45am at the station on Whitehorse Lane.
Kate Munro, from Total, said: "We are offering this reward to any member of the public who can supply information resulting in the arrest and conviction of those who committed this crime.
"We will not tolerate incidents of this nature.
"The safety and security of staff and customers is an absolute priority for Total and the reward scheme is part of a raft of measures being introduced by the company across the country to combat forecourt crime.
"Our security department is working closely with the Police to analyse the CCTV footage in order to catch the perpetrators.
“We are constantly working to improve safety to prevent this type of incident occurring in the future at this and other service stations across the country.
“A number of measures are being implemented towards this goal, including the latest CCTV technology and increased staff training."
