Man stabbed in chest outside Croydon pub
A man was stabbed several times in the chest outside a pub in South Norwood.
Police were called to the Duke of Clarence pub in Portland Road at 2.30am this morning after reports of a stabbing.
Paramedics and officers found a man in his 30s who had stab wounds to the chest.
He was taken to a south London hospital where his condition is described as stable.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to call 0300 231 1212.
