BMX bikers and skateboarders proved that sustainable transport can be exhilarating during the Move it at the Manor festival on Sunday.
The daredevils soared across ramps in Manor Park to provide one of the highlights of the free event organised by Smarter Travel Sutton.
More than 6,000 visitors arrived by bike, foot and public transport to enjoy live music, competitions and races between 11am and 6pm.
Ben Plowden, a Transport for London director, said: “The Smarter Travel Sutton programme has already had a big impact in encouraging residents to choose greener forms of transport.
“As well as being a fun-filled day out for all the family, Move it at the Manor also aimed to encourage more residents to join in Sutton's green travel revolution by showcasing all of the alternatives available.
"Travelling by bike, on foot or by public transport is often quicker, cheaper and easier than people think."
